ASHLEY NICOLE HARRIS
Life can be challenging at times and full of ups and downs. I strive to provide an atmosphere that is safe, comfortable and non judgemental where you can be seen, heard and validated.
It is important to remember that we are doing the best we can with what we have at that moment. There is always room for learning, shifting and evolving and I commend you for reaching out and allowing that space for growth and awareness. Our mental health is vital to our overall well- being.
My approach to counseling is holistic and eclectic, tailoring to each individual and their needs. I tend to pull from CBT, person centered, IFS, ACT, DBT, Gottman, and more. I am EMDR trained and very much operate through a trauma lens with a somatic and polyvagal focus. I am certified to provide Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and integration. I find that holding space for mindfulness and compassion is beneficial for all of life’s difficulties as well.
I am a military spouse and have an intimate relationship with the struggles of this lifestyle. I am also familiar with the first responder culture and demands, as my father was a police officer for 22 years.
I work with ages 13 and older, to include individuals, couples and families.
Humans have the incredible power to show up for themselves and heal when they feel supported and empowered with tools, empathy and curiosity. I commend you for reaching out and I am honored to hold space for you. I look forward to working with you.
HANNAH FLIGEL
I am so glad you’re considering therapy as the next step toward mental and emotional wellbeing. The guiding principles of my work are compassion, clarity, and connection. In our sessions, you can expect a warm and welcoming space where your experiences are honored. I work with adults 18+ who are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery through personal growth and introspection.
One of my specialties is helping to navigate the beautiful and challenging stages of the perinatal and postpartum periods of life. Becoming a parent and expanding your family is an exciting time and a huge transition! And sometimes, that transition can be overwhelming. It can come with many unexpected changes and challenges, or maybe your parenthood journey doesn’t look the way you hoped. Whether you’re moving through the joys or grappling with the complexities, I am here to provide support to folks going through the life stages of conception, pregnancy, postpartum, loss, and infertility.
In relationships, sometimes we look up and realize we’ve been doing the same dance for too long. Or maybe we’re repeating patterns from our past that we’d rather leave behind. Recognizing the need to learn new ways to do partnership is a courageous first step. I offer a space where you can examine your unique dynamics, address challenges, and rediscover the joy of connection.
I am also passionate about providing therapy for fellow therapists. We walk with others on their journeys every day, but we can’t act as our own guide. Just like our clients, we face unique challenges that we sometimes need help to work through. I firmly believe that the better care we take of ourselves, the better care we can offer our clients.
My goal is to foster a warm and safe environment where you can come exactly as you are. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach that will be tailored to fit your individual needs. I am trained in Internal Family Systems, experiential therapy, and trauma-informed processing techniques to help you unpack your experiences and achieve a greater sense of peace. Making a commitment to personal growth and self-reflection is incredibly brave and I am here to accompany you through this hard, but rewarding, work.
SHELENE GROSS
Hi, I’m Shelene, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and relationship/family stressors with compassion, clarity, and connection. I believe healing begins in a safe and supportive relationship—and I strive to offer a space where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood.
My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore not just the challenges you’re facing, but the strengths you already carry within. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity and care.
I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help shift patterns that no longer serve you. I’m also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for those seeking deeper, transformative work in a safe and structured setting.
A key part of my work involves parts work, where we gently explore the different “parts” or aspects of ourselves—especially those formed in response to pain or trauma. Integrating parts work into EMDR and KAP helps foster greater self-understanding, inner harmony, and a deeper connection to your authentic self.
No matter where you are in your journey, my goal is to help you reconnect with your inner resilience, make sense of your story, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Feel free to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation. Sending you peace and good mental health…
RACHEL HARTMAN
The experience of being human isn’t always easy. It can be complicated, messy, and uncomfortable. As a therapist my goal is to help people live authentic and happy lives and reach any goals they may have for themselves. It is easy to get caught up in daily responsibilities and forget to prioritize our own well-being, and it takes intention to create the life we desire. I strive to provide a space where people feel safe to work toward their goals, be honest with themselves, and gain self-awareness and insight.
I have 19 years of experience working with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I use a variety of therapeutic interventions to help people uncover problematic thought processes and beliefs, learn new skills, gain perspective, heal wounds, and rely on their own inner guidance.
I also offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. Ketamine is an incredibly healing tool that allows access to the subconscious mind and has great benefits for depression, anxiety, trauma and many other concerns. When combined when psychotherapy, we work together to explore the subconscious mind and make meaningful connections for healing. It is a profound and personal journey of self-exploration and deeply connecting with your inner world.
